I need some motivation

I need someone/something to motivate me to get up in the morning and go for a jog. The weather is perfect for jogging right now I just can't seem to get out of bed. I have set my alarm to 5:30 am all of this week but when the alarm goes off I just ignore it and go back to bed until 7 am.

What motivates you to go to the gym or exercise at home?

Here's my motivation:

"Hey Self?"
"Yeah, Swirly Girl?"
"Do you wanna be fat?"
"Fuck no! I wanna be the hot girl."
"Treadmill time, then"
"Don't forget the ipod, ok?"
"You got it!"

This little scene brought to you by: My Brain.

I built a playlist that runs 2 hours if played all the way through, but there are times when you just don't want to hear one song for one reason or another. So I have plenty songs to move through.

Ok, probably none of this applies to you, right? hehe.

I had a fantastic idea for motivating you, until I thought it through. You are in Central Time, 2 hours behind moi. I could call you and SING to you and this would definitely get you out of bed and you would probably throw your phone across the room, but...then I thought...that would require me getting up at 730am which would never happen.

Motivation for the gym??? That's easy. You will look and feel fantastic. Seriously. When I go to the gym I zone out and try to figure out what people do in their real lives and if they are happy or if they are escaping like me. It's like my own reality show. Try it.

Well, it's my morning routine so I cannot start my day wihtout jogging actually... While running, I sing along to my iPod. It's my karaoke time. Without it, I'd die... But if you don't feel like it, you shouldn't force yourself to run in the morning.

Though going to the gym is a different thing. I have this perfect pair of speedos and I will make sure I will good in them in Ibiza this summer. So that pair of the speedos is my motivation for the workout right now. :) Have a pretty weekend

There is not weak body, only weak mind.

Hey, you get points from me for even attempting to exercise. I've given up. There's just not enough hours in the day.

SG - My conversations don't go like that at all. They usually end up with me going back to bed. I will try it again tomorrow and hopefully it will end up with me getting out of bed.
What happened to your eye picture?

Sue - That would be great. I would be forced to get out of bed, pick up the phone, and I would not want to get back to bed.
I love your game, I play a similar game in the car, it is very entertaining. I will try it next time I go out for a jog. Lord knows I like to talk about people (just kidding).

Shigeki - Maybe I need to plan a vacation so I have something to work towards. I think I am signing up for karate classes. Not sure yet but I am sure that will help.

Rick - I like the way you think. :)

ca va pas la tete - I already make head turn (for the wrong reason) :)

Anonymous - I am afraid I may have a weak mind. I really don't have that much to loose so I should be motivated.

FW - I know how you feel. When are you going to come and visit me? We can sit on the couch and get fat together :)
