Signs

My body is sending me signs but I just don't know how to read them. For some reason my body refused to go to sleep before midnight and I have to get up at 6:30 to get ready for work. Unfortunately I require more than six and a half hours of sleep to function in the mornings. As a result of my sleep deprived state I am slacking off in other areas of my life. I just don't have the energy to do anything so when I get home I just want to sit there and conserve energy.

I am hitting the pillow at 10 pm tonight, I may not go to sleep but I will lay there until I do. Maybe a nice bottle glass of wine will do the trick.

Good sex ought to do its job fine. :-) But getting drunk a little bit before you go to bed may be a great idea. I am sorry that you haven't been able to sleep well... One hunky guy, two hunky guys, three hunky guys... okay, that wouldn't help you either as they will totally turn you on.. huh.... Sweet dreams tonight!

I think a glass of burbon will work better than wine. I think this is what I'm trying tonight. As you know, I'm in the same boat as you. I didn't fall asleep until after 1:00!!! That is the last time I checked the clock anyway. Then I was rudely awakened by a train whistle. There isn't even a train near my place!!! I was completely stumped. So sometime I am going to go hunt down this damn train yard. Luckily for me though, this is the first time I've heard anything like it. So maybe if I get to sleep at a normal time, I won't ever hear it again!

I feel your pain. Same thing happened to me last night. Went to bed before midnight but saw the clock turn 3am and I had stupidly signed up to work overtime this morning...drat...I hope we both sleep better tonight.

Shigeki - Sex would do the trick, I just need to find someone to volunteer for the job.

KB - yea, not sleeping sucks. You need to go out and buy ear plugs. Mine are working really good these days.

SM - I didn't realize they they sleeping pills. Do you need a prescription?

Robert - I have nothing on my mind LOL. Seriously though. I am not worried about anything. Work is going well, school is going well, life is great. I just want to go to sleep early so I can wake up early and go to the gym is that to much to ask for? Maybe deep down inside I don't want to go to the gym and I am sabotaging myself. Maybe, just maybe.

Sue - Did you have to go to work at 3 am? That is not good. I hope you slept better last night.
