I have another leak. Yeap. This is the fourth leak in my condo, the first three were caused by my neighbor in the second floor but this one was caused by the neighbor in the third floor.
It hasn't been fun but I have been dealing with it. Their insurance won't pay for it so now my insurance will have to cover it. Oh well.
How is life treating everyone out there? What's new?

OH NO! You cannot make them pay for the thing? That really does suck that you have to use your insurance. That's not pretty. I am so sorry. I hope this will be the last one!
That's crazy. Why won't their insurance cover it? It's leaking from where??
You're planning to move anyway, why not just burn the damn place down?

Do you have a drill?
Try drilling little holes in a pumpkin and use Xmas lights...I did it one year and it looked so pretty.
