Don't you always feel like an ass when you're filling those things out? I do? I mean, hell, it doesn't matter how I feel about my performance. If the corporate lackey above me doesn't think I'm up to par, it doesn't matter what I say. It's an exercise in futility.
Legolas: Sorry about your raise. Hopefully next year will be better. If it makes you feel any better the rumor around here is that we won't be getting raises.
FWMama: When we sit down and compare our scores I actually tell them wy I think they are wrong. And sometimes they end up changing it. :)
Dantallion: It won't work. I think we won't be getting raises this year.
I just got my salary revision letter and frankly, not very happy about it. Then again, I was never happy about it since the first year.
